Our Guides
On arrival
Dear Tour Participants,
- We want to remind you that our tours operate on a donation basis. If you enjoyed your experience, we would greatly appreciate your support through a donation to the guide after the tour. It allows us to continue offering these engaging experiences for everyone. Unfortunately, we've noticed that some guests forget to tip, so we truly appreciate your kindness and generosity. Your contributions make a big difference! Thank you so much for being part of our tour!
- Also, please be aware that in case we do not get 10pax participants, the guide can cancel the tour. If we see a small number of bookings the day before, we will let you know. However, there have been so many incidents where people book and simply don’t show up. So sometimes we need to cancel on the spot if bookings don’t show up.
Warm regards,
The Estadventures Team
How can the tour be free?
Our concept is simple — there is no set price. Instead, you tip your guide at the end of the tour whatever amount feels right to you. Typically, guests give between $10 to €50, depending on their satisfaction and budget.
Most guides accept cash or card payments, or you can do it via our app.
Cancellation policy
You are free to cancel a booking anytime. We kindly remind you to cancel bookings you cannot arrive for. Being reported as absent decreases your customer level points and the benefits you can enjoy.
